How CxB’s Revenue Assurance tool works
The CxB RAW Solution has been developed, specifically, to help Service Resellers understand their traffic and take action when required, be they MVNO, Switchless Resellers or Switched Resellers.
CxB’s RAW Solution is more than just another reconciliation engine, as illustrated below.

CxB’s RAW Solution compares the retail records with the wholesale records provided by the network operator.
RAW features include:
- Analysis of the different international destinations being called, both by volume of calls
and by duration.
- Calculating the probable tariff being applied both at a retail rate and a wholesale rate for different types of calls.
- Alerts for excessive usage, either by originating number, or to a destination.
Additional features/reports can be added, subject to your requirements, and following further negotiation and commercial discussions.
What’s next?
Depending upon your requirements, there are three options available to you:
- CxB solutions will analyse sample data and report their findings to you.
- Deploy RAW as a snapshot analyser, taking occasional daily feeds.
- Implement RAW as an ongoing monitoring system.
We recognise that most Resellers or MVNOs are likely to have their preferred database system and do not want to introduce new technologies because of the additional costs this brings. With this in mind, the system can be ported to the most common database systems such as MS SQL Server, mySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL.
All this comes at a high price, right? Wrong
Competition is good - our philosophy is to enable the smaller service providers to compete with the bigger telecommunications operators by providing affordable tools that work as well as the more common, expensive ones.
